How much does a VA cost?
VA’s generally charge by the hour. Rates range from US $15-45 per billable hour depending on the expertise required. We charge based on hours retained and usually charge a little higher free for expertise services such as web design and internet marketing duties. We are extremely affordable compared to other VA's out there with the same skill set.
Though these rates may seem substantial at first glance, they appear much more reasonable when compared with the "real cost" of employees. Statistics show that employees actually cost 2 to 2 1/2 times their rate of pay when their full costs are included. When hiring a VA think about the substantial savings you will have. We are independent contractors so there is no need for FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Medicare, workers comp, administrative costs, recruitment, base salary, benefits, office space, supplies, furnishings, equipment, etc. We can save you time, money, and office space!!
How many VA's do you contract with?
On any given week, we usually have a staff of 20-30 VA's on call working projects and upwards of 100 available VA's, telemarketers, and customer service reps waiting in the wings for on call projects.
We try and contract individuals in all major fields such as internet marketing, online businesses, non profits, real estate, coaching, finance, and professional services. That way we will be ready when you call.
How long does it take to get a project going?
We usually ask that you give us 48-72 hours to staff your project and find the right fit. If you contact us and need rush services, we will do our best to meet your needs.
