Rates

Our rates our extremely affordable and we base our services on packages ranging as low as 10 hours a month for small organizations to over 1000 hours a month for large corporations.

We offer expert services at an affordable rate that will help both of us grow together as professionals. I know that hiring someone and trusting them to help with your business can be a very scary process at first. Many entrepreneurs get burnt by virtual assistants who claim to have experience and knowledge and end up costing you money and time.

We make this a win-win situation for both parties. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to find a reliable and professional virtual assistant such as the ones we staff and feel that you are getting the most out of the relationship.

Retainers


Let's face it, you probably have no clue how many hours you are going to need at first. Your desk is probably piled high with things that you want to accomplish and you just aren't sure where to start. Thats okay, we will take baby steps to get the tasks done you need done efficiently.

That being said we always like to start out with a trial run with new clients. That means we can start off with a 10  or 20 hour block of time and see where the relationship goes from there. We need to find out if we are a good fit business-wise and you need to figure out how many hours a month is going to work for you.

We will always work with clients to figure out what arrangement fits best for their business.

Scheduling


Remember, Our job is to make your life easier. If you have a certain time of the day that works best for you, by all means let your VA know. We will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Some people prefer communicating via phone, some email, or even instant message. We will adjust to whatever working style you see fit.

Consultations


Communication as stated above is definitely the key. We need to figure out where you are at, where you want to go, and what steps we need to take to get there. Our office is always open during the week for us to discuss business needs and We are available to speak with you regarding your needs accordingly.

Working Agreements


We have a great contract that outlines NDAs, business practices, our retainer agreement and the duties we will be covering for you as a virtual assistant. Once we speak on the phone, agree to a trial run, we will send you over the contract and payment instructions. The next step is for you to outline your top 5-10 projects and then we will work on organizing and prioritizing them so we can get started on your first project.

Payments


We accept all major credit cards and payments through paypal for most assignments, over the phone, fax, and on the internet. As stated above, we usually start people off with a 10-20 hour block of time. If we are completing a one time project for your company, we take a 50% deposit upfront as a good faith waiver.

Time Tracking


We use a software called Timelogger to track all projects and time spent on them. Once the block is used up, We send a detailed report in excel outlining exactly what we have done for your company as we know it's important for you to figure out where time should be allotted in the future.
